Trip plan

10:30 - 11:00 We meet at the old city of Batumi, on the street Parnavaza MEPE 22 - next to Piazza.

11:30 Arrival in Sataplia. In the Sataplia Park where found dinosaur footprints (they are dated to 165 million years BC!). We will also visit the caves borderland where you'll see hundreds of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. The total area of the park is 354 hectares, and 348 of them are covered with forests. The word "Sataplia" is translated as "the place where was honey", the site was occupied by swarms of wild bees, which were making delicious honey. In park is 5 caves, but only one of them is open to the public. Sataplia cave is 900 meters long, but the tour is committed to only 309 meters. The pride of Sataplii is a remarkable stalagmite, which resembles a huge stone heart.

14:00 Arrival to Kumistavi.

14:15 A visit in the beautiful cave of Prometheus, discovered in 1984. The length of the tourist route is 1600 m, at a depth of 80 meters below sea level. in cave there is unique microclimate, which is beneficial for patients with asthma, hypertension. At the end of the tour will be waiting a boat ride on an underground river with a length of about half a kilometer. This is perhaps the most exciting part of the tour.

16.00 Dinner in Georgian restaurant.

19:30 Arrival to Batumi, where the trip came to an end.
